GAADS values your conviction. To honor it, GAADS adheres to ethical standards when gathering, using, protecting, and using the information you provide to us.

GAADS Learning operates under GAADS Learning Pvt. Ltd. Before you use the website or consume our products, courses, or services, please read the terms of use and privacy policy. Use of the website, any services or products that are connected to it (‘Services’), and registrations through us using any mode or usage of any products, including SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting devices, will indicate your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and your legal consent to be bound by them. You will be unable to use our Services and courses if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.

User-Provided Information

The website/services/products/courses will acquire the information you provide when you register for the courses. When you register with us,/while registration, you generally provide (a) your name, age, email address, location, phone number, password, and others; (b) information related to transactions, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) information you enter into our system when using the website /services/products/courses, such as while asking doubts, participating in discussions or any doubt clearing sessions organized by GAADS from time to time/now-and-again. This information could be classified as “Sensitive Personal Information”, Personal Information, or Associated Information. Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and Associated Information (each as individually defined under this Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or Information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules”)) shall collectively/altogether be referred to as ‘Information’ in this Policy. The Information may be used to contact you or provide services, important notices, and market promotions. If we require additional information about you, or if it is necessary to contact you, we will ask you. As long as your login/access credentials match, we will not distinguish between up to three electronic devices, including tablets, smartphones, personal computers, laptops, and personal computers, to access the website, services, or products. To make the best use of the website/services/products and enable your information to be captured accurately on the website/services/products, you must be logged in using your credentials. You will always have the option to refuse to provide any Personal Information we request from you. You will have the opportunity to withdraw the consent you gave us earlier to allow us to use Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information. In any event, a refund of any payment will not be issued.

We also learn about each user’s learning patterns and movements around the products and collect information about the usage behavior of the entire user base. We may combine personal data with behavioral patterns and individual data to provide personalized content and help you achieve your learning goals. This will enable us to improve our user experience and reach out to you with high-value products, information, and courses. We do not trade, share or sell any of your information to any third party (except subsidiaries/affiliates of the Company for related offerings) unless we have been expressed/authorized explicitly by you either electronically or in writing. Sometimes we may provide statistics about users and traffic patterns to third parties. However, this information will only be general data and not include any Personally Identifiable Information. GAADS may occasionally send you emails, messages, or other communication to inform you about the benefits and services we offer. These communications are essential for you to use the products/services that you have selected. We may disclose this Information: As required by law, to be disclosed, e.g. to comply with a subpoena/similar legal process.

Our users should be aware that they can read the privacy statements on every Website that collects PINs when they leave our site. We might occasionally notify you via email/SMS/call to let you know about the new/latest offerings and services of the Company and its affiliates or any other information that we feel may be helpful. This is through the Company or its affiliates.

You can share information with others through certain sections of our Website, such as the discussion forums. This information will be made available to all users and will be public. You are responsible for any information you share. Keep in mind that any information you share in your profile or posts on these forums could become general information.

We use procedural, electronic, and physical safeguards to protect the information we maintain and function. For instance, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who only need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our Courses/Services/Products/Websites.

How Long Do We Retain the User Data?

We intend to retain the user data as long as an account is active and at the discretion of the management. This practice may be modified or altered according to legal and business requirements. We may reduce the retention period of certain data types unless otherwise permitted. This is to make storage space more available.

Log information

Our servers automatically log information sent by your browser every time you visit our website. These server logs can include Information like your web request and internet protocol address, browser type and language, date and time, and any cookies that could uniquely identify you.

We may keep any communication you send to us via email or other means to respond to your questions and improve our services.

As the Company evolves, our privacy policy must also develop to cover new situations/circumstances. It is essential to check this Policy frequently for any changes. Continued use will be considered approval of all changes.

We believe that every user of our Courses/Services/Website must be able to provide informed consent before supplying any information required for the use of the Courses/Services/Website. You have agreed to us collecting, processing, storing and disclosing your personal information per this Policy. All processing of your Information will be done in India. If you are not a resident of India, your data will be processed and stored according to the Indian data protection laws.

Definitions

An Academic Program is a set of courses or other components that lead to online certificates.

A student is a candidate who has been admitted to one of the online certificate programs on GAADS.in.

ACADEMIC PROGRAMME CONTENT, DELIVERY & DURATION

Certificate courses will include textual/video materials/exams and other components determined by the course provider.

The course content will be available online via a secure learning management platform. It will be accessible for as long as the course provider determines. Access will be granted to students on the date they are provided access or until they have completed the course. The student can retain the course content for future use by paying renewal fees to the content provider, as determined from time to time. The Terms and Conditions do not apply to students who spend a reexamination fee, course fees, or any other fees specified by course providers, including universities or institutions. If they fail to pay these fees, their access can be permanently suspended. The online content is not available for download unless expressly permitted.

Any attempt to circumvent technological systems, encryptions, or digital rights management systems to access or print content will prosecute violators under applicable laws. Only the student in the certificate course is allowed to use the content. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate disconnection and removal from the course. No refunds will be granted.

Once in a while, the course provider may devise security measures to ensure that content is delivered securely. Students may need to use Gmail, Facebook and Linkedin authentication to access the course.

The student will only use the course for personal use. No other students will have access to it. The course provider will consider public dissemination of course materials a violation. In such cases, you/the student may be held responsible for the damages and re-pay the course amount.

These procedures, rules, and regulations can be adopted by Course Providers at any time during the course to maintain academic standards and ensure the secure delivery of content.

All alumni’s names and images will be posted on our course website to ensure transparency. This allows anyone to verify claims that a student or alumni claimed to be from our school is indeed /so. The student should accept this condition and assign any rights required by the course provider.

ADMISSION

Before enrolling/signing up, students must meet the requirements set forth by the course provider. If there is a dispute, the student will contact the provider directly. Students who register after not meeting their needs will not receive a refund.

Non Transferable Rights

The rights to the course can’t be transferred to anyone else, no matter how many people or institutions they are. This also means that students who have enrolled/signed up for the course can’t share their login details with other people, persons, institutions or any other person.

Students who share login details with others may be found to have violated their rights. They will be held responsible for the damages to GAADS based on the number of logins they made through their account by other people, institutions, individuals or entities.

Bulk Accounts

Enterprise accounts are those that can provide bulk orders to GAADS. These accounts may be educational institutions, corporates, academies, or corporations. Government agencies who need to train more than 25 people or bulk accounts/ enterprise accounts will be accepted.

GAADS reserves the right to offer customized pricing for bulk orders. Individual students or learners cannot be granted bulk account status. support@gaads.in can connect to the enterprise accounts.

USE OF UNFAIR MEANS

All cases involving reported Unfair Means use in the course will be referred back to the course provider for decision in individual cases and, if necessary, for the recommendation of penalties.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE

The Certificate will be given to a student if:
(a) They are enrolled and have completed the course according to the prescribed time.
(b) There are no outstanding dues in his/her name.

ISSUANCE & DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATE AND TRANSCRIPTS

A soft copy of the Certificate will be given to all students who meet the requirements for the issuance of the Certificate. It can be downloaded from this Website.

REFUNDS

The course or workshop fees are not refundable once payment is made and admission is confirmed. In case of any difficulty or feedback, please write it to our support team (at support@gaads.in); we try our best to support our learners and incorporate their feedback. The final decision in case of any discrepancy will rest with the management of GAADS.

CANCELLATION

It is advisable for all students interested in registering for this course to read all the terms & conditions carefully and then only register and enroll for the course. If you successfully register and make payment to any of the courses or modules of GAADS then you will not be able to cancel the subscription thereafter. Please note there will be no refund payable under cancellation.

JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions and use of services or courses must be subject to courts in New Delhi (India) in exclusion of all other courts.

REMOVAL OF DOUBTS

GAADS Learning Pvt. Ltd. may not be held responsible for any unforeseeable issues not covered by this Regulation or for differences in interpretation of any clause management of GAADS may make any decision they deem appropriate. Management’s decision shall be final.

AMENDMENTS

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, GAADS may amend and implement the rules, whenever required, to maintain the standards of learning, academics and any process related to admission or delivery of the content.

We provide a certificate to those who complete all modules of the course. The sole purpose of GAADS courses is to help learners to get skilled & trained to get jobs.
